Our College Story
Government Arts and Science College, Sattur was established on 18.07.2011 as Madurai Kamaraj University Constituent College for the development of the educationally and economically backward youth.
To Increase the enrollment of students in Higher education, this college was Converted to Government Arts and Science College, Sattur from 11.12.2020.
Students who could not afford to pay the fees are much benefitted. This in a co-educational Institution affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. Till 2024-2025 the College offered four UG Courses – B.A Tamil, B.A English, B.Sc Mathematics and B.Com with a sanctioned Strength of 60 in each department.
